Legal Compliance Manager

Set direction and drive execution within legal compliance
As Legal Compliance Manager at Pharmacosmos, you will step into a newly established role with broad responsibility and significant impact. Reporting directly to EVP Legal, you will lead the ongoing development of Pharmacosmos compliance frameworks and be a key driver in embedding compliance across the business. Your scope will include anti-bribery and corruption, HCP interactions, competition law, and export controls - always with a strategic and pragmatic mindset. You will play a dual role as advisor and executor - translating legal requirements into smart compliance tools, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring internal policies and processes remain robust and up to date. As part of this, you will also design and deliver training, conduct risk assessments and audits, and help implement new digital solutions to support efficient, future-proof compliance practices. This role is an opportunity to grow into a more senior position as you help shape the compliance function in an ambitious, international organization.

Experienced compliance professional with commercial mindset
You hold a Master of Laws or a comparable legal/business education and bring solid experience with compliance - ideally from the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. You are fluent in both Danish and English and have a strong understanding of international compliance standards and regulatory frameworks. Project management experience is a clear advantage.
